About the wine
A gentle red wine based mainly on the Xinomavro variety with a tone of Syrah, having a velvety texture without hard tannins. Its taste along with its fruity aromas ideally accompany the European cuisine at 16°-18°C.

Vinification
Selection of vineyards, attentive grape harvest in containers of 20 kg capacity in order to avoid crushing and oxidation during transportation. Classical method of red wine vinification with extraction of 5 - 6 days at 28-30° C. Defermentation and malolactic fermentation follow.

6 months in barrel and 3 months in bottle

Bouquet / Palate
Vivid, velvet purple. The mixing of the Xinomavro and Syrah varieties gives a pleasant aroma of black fruit. Delicious with soft tannins and fruity aromatic flavor.
