About the wine
When time "marries" the excellent Xinomavro from selected vineyards with the lightly smoked French oak barrel, the "Black Oak" is born… A wine of long aging that highlights the impressive evolution of the variety over the years and it has been produced in a strictly limited number of bottles.

Vinification
Classic method of red vinification with modern techniques that increase the dynamics of the variety. Fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks at 26-28 ° C. The extraction of the dye and the tannins takes 5-7 days. Malolactic fermentation follows alcoholic fermentation.

Bouquet / Palate
Deep red with brown highlights. Typical bouquet of aromas of dried fruits, cinnamon and a sense of French oak. Full wine with rich body, soft with aftertaste of black fruits and vanilla.
