About the wine
Imeros... Unfulfilled love lust that becomes more intense with the first glass... A white wine that is produced without pressure from the red grape of the noble Xinomavro variety that displays the primary vitality and aroma, but not the colour of the red grape.

Vinification
Selection of vineyards, attentive grape harvest in containers of 20kg capacity in order to avoid crushing and oxidation during transportation. White vinification technique, grapes from the noble red variety Xinomavro are kindly crushed and the free run juice is fermented at 16 -18 °C in stainless steel tanks performing the Blanc de Noir vinification.

Bouquet / Palate
Shiny, soft yellowish color. The aroma of the pear is clearly perceived, which then evolves into that of the apricot. Nervous but balanced, a wine that surely captures your interest from the first sip.
