Vinification

Classical method of red wine vinification with extraction of 5 - 6 days at    28-30° C. Defermentation and malolactic fermentation follow.

6 months in barrel and 3 months in bottle.

Bouquet / Palate

Vivid, velvet purple color. The mixing of the Xinomavro and Syrah varieties gives a pleasant aroma of black fruit. Delicious with soft tannins and fruity aromatic flavor.
