About the spirit
The aged Black Oak spirit is produced from vineyards that do not exceed 200m altitude. Distilled in small discontinuous copper pot stills through a slow, patient process to preserve and bring out the fresh and sweet aromas, then aged in French oak casks, specially made for spirits.
