About the wine
The label was designed by the world - renowned Greek painter Efthimios Varlamis and presented, at the event that took place at the Byzantine Museum of Culture of Thessaloniki, in the framework of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the liberation of the city.

Vinification
Classical method of red wine vinification with extraction of 5 - 6 days at 28-30° C. Defermentation and malolactic fermentation follow. Mixture before ageing.

Bouquet / Palate
Vivid, velvet purple colour. A complex bouquet, which highlights the varieties xinomavro, merlot and syrah in combination with the aromas the oak barrels give. Soft wine with mild tannins and fruity aromatic taste.
